Field Call
Our goal is to make face to face contact with your borrower within 3 visits to the specified property and contact will be made with at least 2 neighbors in effort to determine new information on your customer and/or the designated property if possible. We will provide you with photographs of the property, a full description of the neighborhood, documentation of any vehicles in driveway, license plate numbers, state of registration, documentation if property is for sale with the realtor?s name and telephone number and documentation if property is occupied. A complete written report with photographs will be made upon contact or within 3 visits. Our standard rate for this service is $75.00
