North Carolina PI conducts computer forensic investigations and analysis in support of electronic discovery requests, to develop evidence in civil cases, criminal cases, and to determine employee activity for corporate clients - particularly in matters involving embezzlement, theft of intellectual property, inappropriate employee conduct, unauthorized file access, and use of the Internet, email or employer-owned computer or laptop for non-work related activities.
We identify and secure evidence, image (copy) hard drives and storage media, identify relevant files as well as duplicate files and those unrelated to the case.
North Carolina PI will also quickly find relevant information and develop additional investigative leads.
We will recover deleted files including email, word processing and financial records, develop a timeline of usage for both active and deleted files, discover attempts to conceal, fabricate, or destroy evidence, establish patterns of computer behavior including Internet activity, and review evidence to determine context and relevance.
Upon completion North Carolina PI will produce a user-friendly, accurate and detailed report of findings and recommendations.
